A torrent for episode 1 fansubbed by Koi has been released. I’ve never heard of this group, so I can’t comment on the quality of the fansub until I’ve finished downloading it.
Air is a well-known Hentai game from Key, who are best known for producing Kanon, which should be quite well-known to a lot of people, especially if you read Megatokyo. It was adapted into a movie last year which did quite well, and now that movie’s success has sparked a TV series.
