Another Strike Witches trace, this time it’s everyone’s favourite pair of pantsless germans. It’s been ages since I had a show that I was enjoying enough to want to sit down and trace some stuff from it, and isn’t broadcast in true HD (hard to justify tracing a shot from a show produced in HD). I didn’t spend that long on this, so I’m extremely pleased at how well it turned out, especially given that the source image was covered in text and I had to basically redraw an eye on each of them, among other guesstimations. I’m not much of an artist but it seems that I’ve been doing this for long enough that I managed to be able to pull it off pretty well.
Now do the adorable Russian and the weirdo Finn. :3

I was planning to do this image but someone beat me to it, unfortunately. I might do the Sanya & Eila shot from the ED but it’d be another really difficult job, probably more so than this one was since I am awful at drawing hands and their hands are hidden by text.

Seems you follow the same code as I do, I just can’t bring myself to vector something someone else already has.
darn, and such a shame too, it’s such a good image, both of them. post us a link if you ever find it again, and GJ on them vectors, some of the best i see on the net.
Oh, don’t get me wrong. I have the trace, I just don’t know who did it.
I guess I could always do it myself. Whoever it was basically just traced the image as-is, where I would personally rotate it around a bit, crop it to 16:10 and draw any missing bits myself. Something a bit like this I think. Alternatively there’s always the shot from the ED which would sort of continue the theme that these first two have started I guess. But I know that people aren’t interested in my traces unless there’s cheesecake involved most of the time.
The shot from the ED is the one I keep nagging you to do because it’s cute.

I’m glad at that since I would also like to see a vector of that scene from the ED myself. Great job on this one.
Are there any other potential targets that you’re thinking about at the moment?
Well seeing as I’ve sort of started a theme, the thought was to do the other three shots from the ED as well.
