I had the same problem as you, NegativeZero. I too am releasing DVD versions of Nanoha StrikerS using the EiEn RAWs. I tried numerous software titles with no luck and getting the same results as you — fast video.
Then I found this program called RealAnime6. Very easy to use, and it worked! Problem was solved. Try it out and see if it will work for you too.

Jesus, Negs! 500mb! You need to get in touch with MVB. He usually does the encoding for SADTRW releases, so he’ll advice you of whatever you are doing wrong.
